What to include in your message

A few details let us give you a complete answer on the first reply, without a string of follow-up questions:

  • Your name and the best phone number or email to reach you
  • The certification or class you are interested in (for example TSS, TLL, LAT, rigger, signalperson or telehandler)
  • Your crane experience: none, some seat time, or currently certified and recertifying
  • Preferred start dates, which you can compare against the class schedule
  • Whether you will need help finding lodging near the school

If you already hold a CCO card, include your expiration date so we can recommend the right recertification timing.

Individuals and employers

If you are enrolling yourself, we will walk you through program options, available seats and payment. Not sure which course fits? Our training programs overview explains who each one is designed for.

If you are arranging training for several employees, an on-site class at your facility, practical exams at your location, or crane inspections, use our employer and group training contact page.
